- Refer to the Checklist of Items that Require Association Approval and the Stone Ridge golf Club Homeowner's Association Rights & Restrictions for your respective Plat (click on the Lot Owners List and Rules & Regulations sections above) to determine what items need approval.
- Prepare the appropriate Architectural Submittal Form (LONG for new construction, SHORT for changes) along with all required drawings, photos, brochures, etc.
- Submit the materials to Karen Johnson, Property Manager at the address shown on the Getting Approval page.
- Do not begin any project before receiving written approval signed by a duly authorized officer or manager of the Developer of the Stone Ridge Golf Club Homeowners' Association.
