Process for Obtaining Approval for Changes/Additions to Your Lot

  1. Refer to the Checklist of Items that Require Association Approval and the Stone Ridge golf Club Homeowner's Association Rights & Restrictions for your respective Plat (click on the Lot Owners List and Rules & Regulations sections above) to determine what items need approval.
  2. Prepare the appropriate Architectural Submittal Form (LONG for new construction, SHORT for changes) along with all required drawings, photos, brochures, etc.
  3. Submit the materials to Karen Johnson, Property Manager at the address shown on the Getting Approval page.
  4. Do not begin any project before receiving written approval signed by a duly authorized officer or manager of the Developer of the Stone Ridge Golf Club Homeowners' Association.
